Fnac, a French based department store for cultural products announced the winner of their Photography Contest, organized by their Portuguese subsidiary.

This prize started 6 years ago has been one of the leading opportunities for young Portuguese photographers.

In this edition, Hugo Rodrigues Cunha, the winner, presented a very interesting proposal that is a step towards Portuguese Contemporary Photography.
Taking advantage of new geographic information systems, like Google Earth, the photographer captures some selected locations that he then photographs and composes with the original satelite image.
